QUINTESSENTIALLY BRITISH EVENTS
Quintessentially Business Events (QBE) was born in 2008 in Suffolk . QBE is a family run business and we care hugely about our shows and our exhibitors. The Company started with a few small events, the Framlingham Country Show being one of them which is held at the private school, Framlingham College - now going into its 13th year.
Since then, we have expanded successfully and are lucky enough to organise some fabulous events at so many amazing venues such as the Framlingham College, Quex Country Park, Nonsuch Park and Mansion, The Penn Estate, Stow Cum Quy Estate, to name a few.
We are passionate about our Events and put our heart and souls into them which make them fun, exciting and different. As we were exhibitors before adventuring into event organising, we understand both the exhibiting and organising side of the business, so try our hardest to be fair to our exhibitors. We find that organising events is similar to a puzzle, there are many pieces to making an event a success and exhibitors are an important aspect, along with the attractions and visitors. We have an amazing team working with us in the office and our Show team which is made up of another 30 dedicated individuals.
We are currently working extremely hard on our future Events and are very excited to be introducing many new aspects to our shows for everybody to enjoy.
The team in the office are there to help in any way they can and you won't miss us at shows if you have any questions as we are always in our QBE uniforms.
Guy is our Operations Director and is a Health and Safety nut. He is a Countryman at heart and loves his Country pursuits. He is also a mad keen gardener and puts a lot of heart and soul into his veg garden trying to be as self sustainable as possible.

Her animals collection consists of Emu's, pigs, goats, chickens, guinea fowl and is looking to add some Alpaca's in the near future.
Annabel is Head of our Marketing and Advertising guru. She also works on sales but primarily focuses on the marketing and advertising of all shows. Her aim is to bring in as many visitors as possible to enjoy a day out. She has worked for the company since leaving school and know's the events inside out. Annabel loves fishing and she is a social butterly when she is not working in the office or at the shows.
Sophie graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a First Class Honours degree in Business and Marketing and not only helps with the Marketing and Advertising, she helps with sales as well. The fabulous Hazel is part of our Tradestand and Attractions team along with Zoe and Sophie. Always on the lookout for new exhibitors, looking after our old exhibitors and finding fun and exciting attractions for the shows. Hazel helps out at some of the shows. Hazel loves her pub visits and Tali her Wolfalike dog when she is not working. When walking around the show you can see Hazels wonderful art. She is an extremely talented artist.
The fabulous Zoe has just joined our wonderful office and show team. Zoe has become an essential team member and you will see her at all of the shows. Do stop her to have a chat as she has a wicked sense of humour. Zoe is a pet rabbit lover and has a couple herself.
Quintessentially British Events prides itself on supporting a number of Charities every year.
In 2022 we bought over 800 Christmas presents for children in Suffolk Children's Homes and families that were unable to afford Christmas presents.
We supported East Anglian Greyhound Rescue, Suffolk Animal Rescue, Doodles Trust Rescue amongst others and raised at our shows in the Dog Area over £12,000 for these rescues.
We donated to the Salvation Army and Shelter and Driving for the Disabled giving them their bales of hay and straw for the horses.
